E-mail: We request your e-mail address during checkout so we may confirm orders and shipping to you. The shipping confirmation e-mail will also provide tracking numbers and ETA. Shipping
We are now shipping internationally. Shipping charges are calculated in real time and presented to you after you have entered the shipping address in checkout. We do not markup shipping charges. What you see is exactly what the shipping company charges us.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

From our experience shipping overseas, there have been issues in some countries due to fraud and poor mail handling. Also, our third party insurance company does not insure packages to these countries. Here is a list of countries which we do not ship to:

Those countries will not appear as a choice during checkout.

Most orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days.

Return Policy
You can return items for any reason within 30 days of the date of the order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damages: If damage occurs during shipping, please call us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with the shipper. Credit will not be issued unless you notify us within a week of receiving the shipment. Please note that you will need to save the box and packing materials for the shipper to inspect. Shipping insurance is void otherwise.
We will not be responsible for damaged merchandise not in its original packaging.
